Latin Seed Weight Loss: Why Latin Seed Weight Loss is a Scam

Latin Seed Weight LossLatin seed weight loss is the latest diet trend to hit the shelves.

Yes, I call scam on this, and it seems like I’m not the only one. The Australian government has recalled this Latin seed, after it was found to have highly toxic substances in it. Yes – this is something poisonous. Please do not have this.

The creators of the Latin seed weight loss diet claimed that you need to put a seed in water, dissolve it, and then drink that water.

I am sorry folks, but there are no shortcuts to weight loss. Weight loss is difficult and challenging. I know this is not what you want to hear but ask anyone who has lost weight if it has been difficult or easy – they will all say that it’s been difficult but it gets easier after a while. Ask anyone who’s lost weight if it was worth it or not – and they will all say yes. No matter how difficult it – it’s best to follow the basic principles of weight loss, that is, eat less and exercise more. Do not get caught up in fads like latin seed weight loss – at best, they are harmless but don’t work. And the worst case scenario is that they are harmful, like the latin seed has turned out to be!

If you still don’t believe me, check out this government website which talks about the fact that Latin seed is being recalled:
