A Quick Diet Tip That Works!

Here’s a funny thing. During the week I never feel like eating Lemon Drizzle Cake. But one day I bought some at the supermarket, and it was gone in two days.

A really easy way to stick to your diet is this:

Keep fattening and unhealthy food away from you.

If you’re trying to cut out on chocolate, don’t buy big bars and boxes and stow it away in the pantry where it’s just beckoning to you.

Feed your family the same food you eat: a salad will do them good. The few “treats” they miss out on will probably help them, not hurt them.

Don’t buy any food you shouldn’t be eating. At all.

When you go out to eat, ask for the bread basket to be taken away immediately. If you want only half your meal, ask the waiter to take back the other half.

It’s very unlikely that you can resist the temptation of foods that are right under your nose. Or maybe you can: but why make life difficult?

If you must have fattening foods at home, try to keep them in difficult-to-access places. I don’t really know what those places are though: going completely clean is much easier. And healthier.
