My Fitness Motivator is really a way to motivate myself to stay fit, while providing value to my readers.
It can be hard to stay motivated to be fit. To be honest, once I dropped enough weight to stop wearing plus size clothing – yay! – anyway, once I dropped to a weight which seemed more acceptable to me, I kind of relaxed.
I didn’t go back to having cake or muffin for breakfast (ok, so I’ll meet friends for brekkie on Monday and have cake, haha – don’t judge me!) but I didn’t do my Eat Stop Eat diet that really worked for me. I also kind of slacked off on the exercise. I told myself I’d get back to working out properly, soon…. I’ve been doing cardio each day… now I just need to follow a good workout plan.
Anyway, I am definitely going to fit by the end of three months! I’m giving myself a long time to do this, in case something goes wrong. But I’ll be updating my progress…
Also, today is my first fasting day on the Eat Stop Eat diet after a really long time! I am loving this energy I have right now… I might get a bit tired towards dinner time, but till then I’m happy
